Q: What can I use my Bonus for?
A: Bonus is expressed in USDT and can be used as Initial Margin for trading. However, Bonus cannot be used to directly offset trading losses, as payment for funding fees, converted to other currencies or withdrawn from the Flipster wallet.
Q: Can Bonus offset my negative USDT balance?
A: Your Bonus cannot be used to directly offset your trading loss. Please note, however, negative USDT balance in your Flipster account will be offset by Bonus daily at 00:00, 08:00, and 16:00 UTC. The frequency of negative balance offset is subject to change and cannot be triggered manually.
Q: Does my Bonus expire?
A: Yes. Your Bonus has an expiry date of 3 days from the moment that it is credited. Please note however that the expiry date refreshes if you enter into a position or if there is a change in the balance of your Bonus.
Q: Will my Bonus expire if my account has a negative balance?
A: In the event of negative USDT balance Bonus will not expire. Bonus will only expire after negative USDT balance has been offset. This occurs daily at 00:00, 08:00, and 16:00 UTC. Please do note that if USDT Balance becomes positive, Bonus expiry of 3 days will resume.
